Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Call us — a person answers during clinic hours.

How do I book an appointment?

Use the online booking page to choose a service, practitioner and time — you'll get an instant confirmation. You can also call the clinic and we'll book you in.

Do I need to create an account?

No. All bookings are guest bookings. Your confirmation includes a private link to manage or cancel the appointment.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation. Inside 24 hours, please call the clinic.

Does cupping hurt?

Most clients describe dry cupping as a pulling or pressure sensation. Wet cupping involves light superficial scratches that most people find mild. Your practitioner checks in throughout.

How should I prepare?

Eat a light meal 2–3 hours before, stay hydrated and wear loose clothing. Each service page lists preparation details.

Is cupping safe?

When performed with sterile, single-use equipment and a proper health-history screening, cupping is generally well tolerated. Temporary circular marks are common. Cupping is not a medical treatment and is not right for everyone.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes — enter their name and contact details at booking so confirmations reach them. For minors, a parent or guardian must attend and consent.

Where is the clinic and is there parking?

We're at 5A Invergordon Ave, Scarborough. See the contact page for directions and parking details.
