Changing or cancelling
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Use the manage-booking link in your confirmation to cancel or reschedule — no account needed.
- Inside 24 hours, call us at +1 416-827-5786 and we’ll do our best to help.
- There is no fee to cancel with 24+ hours notice.
No-shows
If you miss an appointment without contact, the slot is marked as a no-show. Repeat no-shows may be asked to confirm future bookings by phone.
Late arrivals
Arriving late shortens your session so the next client starts on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule.
